Client dashboard terms
Effective November 2, 2026
What these terms cover
These terms cover the NXG client dashboard at nxgtech.dev/dashboard/: your reports, the quote requests from your website, billing, edit requests and sign-in settings. They add to our terms and conditions and your signed quote. Where they differ, your signed quote wins, then the terms and conditions, then these terms.
Who can have an account
You can create an account yourself to order a website, or we make one for you and send a one-time setup link to the email we have on file. Either way, we confirm the email address before the account works. One account belongs to one business.
You can let people at your business use it, but you’re responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us when someone who had access leaves, and we’ll send you a new setup link so you can change the password.
Keeping your sign-in safe
Choose a password you don’t use anywhere else. Don’t share it by email or text.
We strongly recommend turning on two-step sign-in under Sign-in and devices. With it on, a new device also needs a code from an authenticator app on your phone.
If you see a device you don’t recognize, use Sign out on all devices and call us. If you think someone else got in, tell us right away.
We will never ask for your password by phone, text or email.
Your numbers and reports
Counts like quote requests and taps on your call button come from your website as they happen. Numbers like website visits, Google searches and calls from your Google profile come from Cloudflare and Google, and we pass them on as they report them. Those services sometimes change, delay or correct their numbers, so a report can differ from what you see elsewhere.
Reports describe what happened. They aren’t a promise of future calls, leads or rankings.
Quote requests from your website
When someone fills out the quote form on your website, we keep a copy so you can see it here, and it is also sent to your email. You decide how to follow up with those people, and you’re responsible for contacting them lawfully.
How we handle the information your customers send is in our data processing terms.
Edit requests
Small edits are included in your monthly plan. Bigger changes are quoted first, and we won’t start them until you approve the price in writing. Only send content you have the right to use: your own words and photos, or ones you have permission for.
We may turn down a change that would break the law or our acceptable use policy, such as an unconfirmed claim about your license, insurance or reviews.
Online orders
When you order a website from the dashboard, you pay a 50% deposit by card. The deposit, the final payment and the monthly plan work as our terms and conditions describe under “Ordering online”.
Billing and payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number. Receipts in your dashboard show what we have on record; Stripe also emails its own receipt.
Cancelling a monthly plan works the way our terms and conditions describe: call or email us, the paid month runs to its end, and you keep a site that’s paid in full.
Things not to do
Don’t:
- Try to get into another client’s account or data, or test our security without our written OK (see our security page for how to report a problem).
- Use scripts or automated tools to sign in or pull data from the dashboard.
- Share your account outside your business or sell access to it.
- Upload anything unlawful, or anything you don’t have the right to share.
Availability
We aim to keep the dashboard working at all times, but we don’t guarantee it. It runs on Cloudflare, and maintenance or outages can make it unavailable for a while. Your website keeps running separately from the dashboard.
Suspending or closing an account
We may pause an account to protect it, for example after signs that a password was stolen, and we’ll tell you how to get back in. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
When you stop being a client, we close your dashboard account. Ask before you leave and we’ll send you a copy of your reports and quote requests. What happens to the data after that is in our data processing terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change matters, we’ll tell you in the dashboard or by email before it applies.
Nevada law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Clark County, Nevada. Our limits on liability in the terms and conditions also apply to the dashboard.
