Terms and conditions
Effective November 1, 2026
Who these terms are between
These terms are between NXG Technologies, LLC (“NXG Technologies”, “we”) and you, whether you use this website or hire us. If you hire us, your signed quote or agreement is part of these terms. Where it says something different, the signed quote or agreement wins.
Quotes and prices
Prices on this site are a guide and are dated. Your written quote sets the price, what’s included and the payment schedule for your project. Work starts only after you accept the quote in writing.
Anything not in the quote is extra. We’ll tell you the price of any change in writing before we do it.
Payment
One-time work is paid on the schedule in your quote. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month.
If a payment is more than 30 days late, we may pause monthly work until it’s paid. We’ll tell you in writing before we do.
What you provide
You provide the facts, words, photos, logo and license details for your site, and access to accounts we need, such as your domain or Google Business Profile.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you send us, and that the facts are true: your license number and classification, prices, reviews and any claims about your work. We don’t publish claims we can’t confirm with you in writing.
Who owns what
Your domain name, your words, photos, logo and content are always yours.
Once your site is paid in full, the finished site is yours, and you can move it to any host. Our shared templates, components and tools stay ours; you get a permanent license to use them as part of your site.
We may show your site in our portfolio. Tell us in writing if you’d rather we didn’t.
Monthly plans and cancelling
Every site we host needs a monthly plan: Hosting & Upkeep, or the Premium Package, which includes it. Both are month to month, with no long-term contract.
You can cancel any time by email or phone. Cancelling stops the next charge; the month you’ve paid for runs to its end. If your site is paid in full, you keep it, and we’ll help you move it.
Founding clients: the build credit described under “Founding client offer” below applies when you cancel.
Search results and Google
Google decides its own search results and controls Google Business Profiles. We don’t promise any ranking, traffic, calls or leads, and nobody honestly can. We tell you what we did and what changed.
If Google suspends or changes a profile or listing, we’ll help you through Google’s process, but the outcome is Google’s decision.
Hosting and other services
Sites are hosted on Cloudflare, and some work relies on Google and other services. We don’t control their outages or rule changes, and we don’t guarantee uptime. We keep backups and will restore your site if something goes wrong on our side.
Ordering online
You can create an account and order a Standard or Signature site from your dashboard. When you order, you pay half the site price by card. Before we start, we call you to confirm the details.
Cancelling an order: if you cancel before we start building, or we can’t take on your project, we refund the deposit in full. Once we’ve started building (your dashboard shows “Building”), the 50% deposit is due for the work done and isn’t refunded; you don’t owe the other half.
The other half is due before your site goes live, and your monthly plan starts when it goes live. Your order is covered by our Purchase Agreement, which you accept at checkout; we email you a signed PDF copy.
Card payments
Card payments go through Stripe’s secure checkout page; we never see your full card number. Monthly plans charge the same card each month until you cancel.
Client dashboard
Clients get a dashboard with their reports, the quote requests from their site, billing and edit requests. Using it is covered by our client dashboard terms.
Your customers’ information
Information your customers send through the site we run for you belongs to you. We handle it only to run your site and show it to you, never sell it, and protect it as our data processing terms describe.
What can’t go on your site
We don’t publish anything unlawful, untrue or that you don’t have the right to use. The details are in our acceptable use policy.
Free site reviews
A free site review is a written list of issues our checks and our review find on your existing site. There’s no obligation to hire us for the fixes.
Referrals
When a contractor you refer signs on and pays for a new website, and wasn’t already talking to us, you and that contractor each get a credit for one month of a monthly plan with us. Yours applies to your next bill; theirs applies to the monthly plan they choose. If either of you doesn’t have a monthly plan yet, the credit applies when one starts.
Credits have no cash value, can’t be transferred and aren’t paid out if you cancel. Each client can earn credits for up to 3 referrals. We may change or end the referral offer for future referrals; credits already earned stay.
Founding client offer
Our first 3 clients who sign a founding agreement, until January 31, 2027 or until the 3 spots are taken, pay half the published build price up front. The other half is a build credit.
Founding clients start the Premium Package at its full published price, month to month, and agree to give an honest testimonial we may publish on our own site (labeled as from a founding client who received a discounted build), let us publish a case study with their real results, and give us the names of 2 contractors who might want a site (with their OK). The founding price and the first monthly charge are paid before we start building.
Each month the client stays on the Premium Package, one twelfth of the build credit is forgiven. After 12 months nothing more is owed on the build. If the client cancels before then, the part of the credit not yet forgiven becomes due; once it’s paid, the site is the client’s, like any site paid in full. The signed founding agreement sets out the exact amounts.
Our guarantee
A Standard site goes live within 14 days, and a Signature site within 21 days, of us receiving your photos and the facts we ask for, or your first month of your monthly plan is free. These days don’t count time spent waiting on you for changes or approvals.
Legal rules for your business
We build sites to follow the Nevada rules we know apply, such as showing your contractor license number in advertising and having a privacy notice. That isn’t legal advice. You’re responsible for your license, your business and the claims you approve. Ask your attorney about anything specific to your business.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about our work is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren’t liable for lost profits or other indirect losses.
Using this website
You may read and share pages from this site. Don’t copy its design or content for another site, or try to disrupt it. The demo sites linked from this site show made-up businesses; their names, license numbers, reviews, prices and photos are stand-ins.
How we handle your information is in our privacy notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes don’t alter a quote you’ve already signed.
Nevada law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
