What you agree to
- Start the Premium Package at full price, month to month.
- Give us an honest testimonial for our own website once your site is live, in your words. We label it as coming from a founding client who got a discounted build.
- Let us publish a short case study with your real results: calls, leads and what changed. See a sample case study.
- Give us the names of 2 contractors who might want a site, with their OK.
- Pay the founding price and the first monthly charge before we start building.
How the build credit works
You pay half the build up front. The other half is a build credit. Each month you stay on the Premium Package, one twelfth of that credit is forgiven: $104 a month on a Standard site, $271 on a Signature site. After 12 months, you owe nothing more on the build.
The Premium Package stays month to month. If you cancel before the 12 months are up, the part of the credit that hasn’t been forgiven yet becomes due. Once it’s paid, the site is yours, the same as any site that’s paid in full.
Example: on a Standard site, if you cancel after 5 months, 7 months of credit remain, so you’d owe 7 × $104.
Our guarantee
A Standard site goes live within 14 days, and a Signature site within 21 days, of us receiving your photos and the facts we ask for, or your first month of your monthly plan is free. Time spent waiting on your changes or approvals doesn’t count. This applies to every client, founding or not.
Why we’re doing this
Contractors hire people they can check. Until we have results of our own to show, a founding client gets a lower build price for helping us earn them. The discount is never tied to a Google review: Google doesn’t allow paying for reviews, so if you leave one there, that’s your choice. The published prices stay the same for everyone else.
